做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
