做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
