做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
