做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
