做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
