做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
