做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
