做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
