做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
