做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
