做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
