做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
