做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
