做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
