做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
