做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
