做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
