做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
