做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
