做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
