做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
