做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
