做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
