做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
