做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
