做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
