做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
