做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
