做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
