做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
