做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
