做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
