做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
