做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
