做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
