做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
