做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
