做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
