做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
