做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
