做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
