做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
