做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
