做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
