做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
