做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
