做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
