做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
