做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
