做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
